Since I posted Mad Props, I have not had any life-changing brainstorms on the subject. However, I think that we need to promote ourselves in ways that are dignified and diplomatic, and when the opportunity presents itself.  One thing I do is when I complete a professional development experience, I add that experience to my resume. I also set aside time with my supervisor(s) to disuss my impressions of the experience and ways which my experiences may be integrated into the workplace environment.</description>
