Last year we did a little kick off party where we watched the opening keynote together, which was a good to generate excitement. I know Jeff has done LAN parties at his school where different people host evenings to watch the presentations and then reflect. I think anything you do to share this learning opportunity is great! My goal is to make sure I have a bunch of downloaded sessions put up on our shared server so teachers can access them without having to wait for the live streaming. @jennifer,
